進口美國寵物食品

首先確定境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)是否在海關(guān)總署準(zhǔn)入（gacc）允許進口寵物食品國家地區(qū)產(chǎn)品名單中 ；據(jù)海關(guān)總署更新美國寵物食品注冊生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)名單中截止目前共有51家企業(yè)獲得gacc準(zhǔn)入。

其次，需要持有農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部頒發(fā)的進口飼料登記證。
依據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部公告20號《寵物飼料管理辦法》規(guī)定：境外寵物飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)向中國出口寵物配合飼料、寵物添加劑預(yù)混合飼料的，應(yīng)當(dāng)委托境外企業(yè)駐中國境內(nèi)的辦事機構(gòu)或者中國境內(nèi)代理機構(gòu)向國務(wù)院農(nóng)業(yè)行政主管部門申請登記，并依法取得進口登記證。未取得進口登記證的，不得在中國境內(nèi)銷售、使用。同時包裝要附具符合《寵物飼料標(biāo)簽規(guī)定》要求的中文標(biāo)簽；產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)符合《寵物飼料衛(wèi)生規(guī)定》的要求；使用的飼料原料和飼料添加劑要符合《飼料原料目錄》《飼料添加劑品種目錄》的要求等。
